Poses you can do while seated
Poses for when you exit
Yoga poses to do once you arrive at your sleeping accommodation
First some sun salutations to warm up your body

And then continue with:
You can end the short session with some meditation in corpse pose before you take a nap.
Then off to explore your new destination!
